- Tracking: Daily show/no-show data (PB & Non-PB) with pan India Branch support.
- WhatsApp Response: Respond promptly in Policy Bazaar / Non-PB insurer groups as per assigned responsibility.
- Escalations: Handle morning escalations immediately.
- Non-Conversion HV Cases: Check with branches and share remarks on a daily basis.
- Audit: Conduct daily audits for insurance companies covering overall cases like NNR, Recall, etc.
- Case Attempt Monitoring: Ensure first attempt within 2 hours of intimation and follow up with branches for maximum conversions.
- HNI/SHNI Alignment: Track and align with multi-specialty, HNI-accredited, and A+ centers; push coordination with branches.
- No-Show/Rescheduled Cases: Validate reasons and publish daily MIS.

Salary: 15k to 17k

Qualif: Graduation mandatory
