Job Summary

Sri Ram Hospitals is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and hygienic Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and a safe environment across hospital premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain hospital rooms, corridors, waiting areas, offices, and other assigned areas.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of patient-care areas.
- Clean floors, windows, furniture, washrooms, and other facilities regularly.
- Follow hospital hygiene, infection-control, and sanitation procedures.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to hospital guidelines.
- Replenish housekeeping supplies when required.
- Maintain cleanliness around patient and visitor areas.
- Report maintenance issues, spills, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely and appropriately.
- Follow instructions from the Housekeeping Supervisor and hospital management.
- Maintain a qualified, polite, and respectful attitude toward patients, visitors, doctors, nurses, and staff.

Requirements





- Previous housekeeping experience in a hospital, clinic, hotel, or similar environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and hospital safety procedures.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn hospital housekeeping and infection-control practices.
