Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock & Inventory Specialist to manage inventory levels, stock movements, warehouse records, and inventory accuracy. The role involves monitoring stock, coordinating receipts and issues, conducting physical stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily stock levels and inventory movements.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales, and operations teams for stock requirements.
Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Investigate stock variances, shortages, excess stock, and damaged items.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and handling of materials.
Track slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
Verify incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, or system records.
Update inventory data in ERP/WMS or other stock-management systems.
Support periodic and annual inventory audits.
Follow company procedures for inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.
Report stock discrepancies and inventory-related issues to management.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, stock control, or logistics.
Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.
Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
Basic understanding of procurement and supply-chain processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Cycle-count accuracy
Inventory reconciliation completion
Stock-out and excess-stock levels
Timeliness of inventory reporting
Reduction in damaged/obsolete inventory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
