About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated Fresher Candidates with strong academic foundations in Mathematics, Physics, and Economics to join our academic team as Subject Matter Educators.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates from top state, central, and private universities across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka who possess a passion for teaching, simplified concept delivery, and mentoring young learners. Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided to help you build a successful teaching career.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Teach and explain fundamental to advanced concepts in Mathematics, Physics, and Economics using engaging, easy-to-understand methodologies.
- Content Preparation: Prepare daily lesson plans, practice worksheets, quizzes, and structured test modules.
- Student Mentorship: Address student doubts, evaluate assignments, track academic progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Interactive Learning: Utilize digital tools, interactive boards, and practical real-world examples to explain complex theories and problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborative Planning: Participate in departmental training, team meetings, and curriculum review sessions.

Key Requirements & Eligibility

- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.A, M.A, B.Tech, B.Ed) in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.




- Recent graduates (Passing out batch: 2023–2026) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Geographic / Institutional Preference: Graduates from accredited colleges/universities in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka (e.g., University of Kerala, MG University, Calicut University, Anna University, Madras University, Bharathiar University, Bangalore University, VTU, Mysore University, Christ University, or equivalent).
- Subject Expertise:
- Mathematics: Strong foundation in Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, and Statistics.
- Physics: Clear understanding of Mechanics, Electricity, Magnetism, Optics, and Thermodynamics.
- Economics: Sound grasp of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and basic Quantitative Methods.
- Language & Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in regional languages (Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada) is an added advantage for local student engagement.

- Strong conceptual clarity and ability to explain complex topics in easy terms.

Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
