Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete sales team and daily sales activities.
- Set monthly, weekly and daily sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Generate new business opportunities through leads, calls, WhatsApp, referrals, walk-ins and field visits.
- Manage and follow up with leads from Meta Ads, Google, website, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and improve the overall lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- Train, guide and motivate sales executives to improve their performance.
- Monitor individual sales performance and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
- Handle important customers and support the team in high-value negotiations and closures.
- Develop sales strategies, offers and follow-up systems to increase revenue.
- Maintain proper CRM/customer records and ensure no lead is missed.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Track competitors,



market pricing and customer requirements.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience before and after the sale.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in sales team handling and target achievement.
- Good knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp and digital lead management.
- Ability to manage pressure and work with aggressive sales targets.
- Strong leadership, follow-up and closing skills.
- Result-oriented and proactive approach.
- Comfortable with both inside sales and field sales.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
