Security Supervisor – Forplanet Ingredients

Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise security guards and manage day-to-day security operations at the facility.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain security registers, attendance, incident reports, and visitor records.
- Conduct regular security rounds and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity or security incidents.
- Coordinate with management and emergency services during incidents.
- Ensure discipline, proper grooming, and adherence to SOPs among security staff.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setup.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and observation skills.




- Basic knowledge of security procedures, fire safety, and emergency handling.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Physically fit and disciplined.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
