We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our early-stage technology startup.

You will be responsible for approaching restaurants, cafés, hotels and other food businesses, demonstrating our technology product, and converting interested businesses into customers.

This is a field sales role involving direct interaction with restaurant owners and managers.

Responsibilities

- Visit restaurants, cafés and hotels and introduce our product.
- Identify potential business customers and generate leads.
- Demonstrate the product to restaurant owners/managers.
- Explain the benefits and pricing clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Complete customer onboarding and initial setup.
- Maintain relationships with acquired customers.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets.
- Share market feedback and customer requirements with the founding team.

What We're Looking For

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Confident and energetic personality.




- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, websites and digital products.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Prior field sales/B2B sales experience is a plus.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + performance incentives

High performers can earn additional incentives based on the number of successful customer acquisitions.
