Key Responsibilities:

- Electrical & Data Wiring

· Carry out electrical and data cabling as per layout drawings and project requirements.

· Perform proper cable dressing, routing, and termination work ensuring neat and safe installations.

· Identify and segregate power and data cables to avoid interference or safety issues.

- Switch & Socket Installation

· Install electrical switches, sockets, and power points in coordination with site supervisors.

· Ensure correct phase, neutral, and earth connections with proper insulation and labelling.

- Rack & Network Equipment Installation

· Assemble and install network racks, patch panels, and cable managers.

· Perform RJ-45 connectorization, crimping, and cable testing using LAN testers.

· Mount network switches, routers, and other active components as instructed.

- BMS (Building Management System) Equipment Installation

· Install BMS field devices like sensors, controllers, relays, and panels as per drawings.

· Carry out wiring connections between field devices and control panels.

· Ensure tagging and labelling of all cables and devices for easy identification.

- Fire Alarm & Fire Equipment Installation

· Install fire alarm devices such as smoke detectors,



heat detectors, manual call points, and hooters.

· Lay fire-resistant cables and perform proper termination at panels and field devices.

· Conduct continuity and insulation testing before handing over for commissioning.

- Testing & Commissioning Support

· Assist engineers during system testing and commissioning.

· Rectify wiring faults or connection issues identified during testing.

- Safety & Quality Compliance

· Follow all safety norms, PPE usage, and site safety instructions.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and materials responsibly.

· Ensure workmanship is as per company quality standards and client specifications.

Air Conditioning (AC) Repairing & Maintenance

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems (split, cassette, and window types).

· Check refrigerant pressure, compressor performance, and overall cooling efficiency.

· Replace or clean filters, coils, and perform leak detection and gas refilling under supervision.

· Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
