URGENTLY REQUIRED SERVICE ADVISOR FOR RENAULT CALICUT

- Greeting customers and helping them to determine repairs and relevant costs
- Maintaining up to date knowledge about their employers range of services and contacting customers to update them about their vehicles repair status
- scheduling appointments and helping the customer determine what services they may need based on vehicle maintenance issues.
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers

REQUIREMENTS

- Educational qualification- Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Automobile engineering/ Btech Mechanical engineering or Auto mobile engineering
- Experience required - Minimum 1 year as service advisor
- Candidates prefered location- Calicut

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
