About the Role

We are looking for one professional who can independently perform both Business Analysis and UI/UX Design.

This is not a Business Analyst role with basic UI/UX knowledge, nor a UI/UX Designer role with basic business analysis knowledge.

The selected candidate will be responsible for both functions as part of the product development process:

Business Analysis → Requirements → Process & Workflow → User Experience → UI Design → Developer Handoff → Validation

The candidate must have practical professional experience in both Business Analysis and UI/UX Design.

Business Analysis Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze requirements from management, stakeholders, and users.
- Understand business processes, workflows, objectives, and operational requirements.
- Convert business requirements into clear functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, exceptions, and business rules.
- Map existing and proposed business processes and workflows.
- Analyze existing systems and identify functional improvements.
- Clarify requirements with developers throughout the development process.
- Participate in feature planning, reviews, testing, and UAT.
- Validate that developed features meet the defined business requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated product and requirement documentation.

UI/UX Design Responsibilities

- Conduct user and product analysis to understand how users interact with the system.
- Design user journeys, information architecture, workflows, and interaction flows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design web application interfaces and responsive layouts.
- Design mobile application interfaces for Android and iOS.
- Create dashboards, forms, tables, navigation, workflows, notifications, and other application interfaces.
- Develop and maintain reusable design components and design systems.




- Use Figma or equivalent professional UI/UX tools.
- Prepare detailed designs and specifications for developer implementation.
- Review implemented screens and identify UI/UX deviations or usability issues.
- Continuously improve the product experience based on user and business requirements.

Product & Development Collaboration

The candidate will work directly with the software development team and will be responsible for connecting business requirements with the final product experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Translate business requirements into functional workflows and user experiences.
- Create designs based on actual business requirements rather than designing independently of the product logic.
- Explain requirements and designs to developers.
- Identify missing requirements before development begins.
- Review development progress against requirements and approved designs.
- Participate in testing and feature validation.
- Identify functional and UI/UX issues before release.
- Maintain alignment between business requirements, functional behavior, and final interface.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on SaaS, web applications, mobile applications, or enterprise software.
- Experience designing complex business applications.
- Experience working directly with software development teams.
- Experience with Figma.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
- Basic SQL/database knowledge.
- Basic API/JSON knowledge.
- Experience with usability testing and UAT.
- Experience working in a startup or product-development environment.

Experience

3+ years of combined professional experience across Business Analysis and UI/UX Design.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate actual work in both disciplines through their professional experience, portfolio, projects, or previous products.
