For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Butcher / Beef Deboner with solid experience in cutting and deboning beef.
Your responsibilities
- Deboning and cutting beef according to specific instructions
- Preparing meat for further processing
- Ensuring a high-quality finish
- Working according to hygiene and food safety standards
- Working independently and as part of a professional team
Your profile
- Proven experience as a beef deboner / butcher is required
- Good knowledge of beef cuts and deboning techniques
- Accurate and quality-focused way of working
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Good level of English
