- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and applicable IS/NBC standards.
- Conduct inspections of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Inspect incoming construction materials and verify MTCs, test certificates, approved samples, and material specifications.
- Monitor concrete quality including slump tests, cube sampling, pouring, compaction, curing, and cube test results.
- Prepare and maintain ITPs, inspection checklists, WIR/IR, MIR, test reports, and quality registers.
- Identify non-conforming work, raise NCRs, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, PMC,



and client representatives for inspections and quality approvals.
- Monitor waterproofing, façade, wet areas, basements, terraces, and critical high-rise construction activities to prevent leakage and recurring defects.
- Conduct snagging/punch-list inspections, monitor rectification, and ensure quality standards are maintained before handover.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports, maintain complete QA/QC documentation, and support internal/client quality

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
