Quantity Surveyor

Qualification: B.E / Diploma (Civil)

Minimum of 2-7 years experience in relevant field

Job Location: Chennai

Role and Responsibilities

- General Management

o Project Budget setting

- Tender

o Quantity take off and prepare accurate estimates for tender and BQ preparation

o Prepare List of Material/Sub-Con Requisition

o Analysis of cost, sub-con quotation and input of prices

- Project Execution

o Cash flow projection and update

o Prepare cost breakdown and comparison of cost, budget setting

o Get from PM list of Material Submission

o Update List of Sub/Con Suppliers for the project (info to update QS and project team)

o Check quantities ordering is within contract

o Check quantity and terms & conditions in sub-contracts





o Final Account, ensure proper closing-out

o Variation Order working and computation at regular interval of project

o Sourcing of quotations for major items/materials
