We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Aftersales to join our Hyundai dealership team at Mohali.

Location: Mohali

Industry: Automobile Dealership

Experience: 4 –9 years in Automobile Aftersales

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback

* Manage service follow-ups and customer satisfaction

* Monitor CSI / customer feedback and improve service experience

* Coordinate with the Service & Workshop teams

* Handle service reminders and customer retention activities

* Prepare and monitor CRM reports- Good in MS excel

* Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

Candidate Profile:

* Experience in Automobile Aftersales CRM Must.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills

* Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems

* Customer-focused and presentable
