Process Improvement Manager – Automotive Industry Experience: 13+ years in the automotive/auto-component manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead process improvement and process development across manufacturing operations. - Develop and improve processes for forging, machining, heat treatment, paint shop, welding, and assembly. - Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Develop process flow, SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and process standards. - Lead new process development, trials, validation, and process stabilization. - Identify and reduce rejection, downtime, cycle time, and process losses. - Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, manpower optimization, and waste reduction.
- Use Six Sigma tools and data analysis for root-cause analysis and process optimization. - Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and NPD/Design teams. - Ensure processes meet automotive quality and customer requirements. - Monitor KPIs and implement corrective and preventive actions. Required Experience: 13+ years, preferably in automotive/auto-component manufacturing with strong experience in process development, manufacturing engineering, Lean/Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
