Inside Sales Manager - EV & Hybrid Vehicle Programmes

Experience 4-7 years in edtech or high-velocity inside sales, including 1-2 years leading a team

What we're looking for:

1. 4-7 years in consultative inside sales, ideally edtech or another high-consideration, high-ticket B2C category.

2. 1-2 years leading a calling team, including target-setting and performance conversations 3. A demonstrable track record of hitting quota personally, with specifics you can walk us through

4. Comfort with a Rs 50,000 plus ticket size and the EMI and financing conversation that comes with it

5. Genuine fluency with funnel metrics, enough to diagnose a drop in conversion from the data rather than from instinct

6. Hands-on with a CRM and dialler, and disciplined about keeping both clean Strong spoken English and Hindi. A second regional language is a plus.

Strong plus :

# Background selling to an automotive, manufacturing or core engineering audience

# Experience with programmes carrying ASDC,



NSDC or OEM-recognised certification

# Familiarity with cohort-based programme sales and the operational rhythm of batch deadlines

#Any working understanding of EV powertrains, battery systems or vehicle diagnostics. You do not need to be technical, but credibility with an engineer on a call is an advantage

# Experience selling into tier 2 and tier 3 markets, where much of the automotive workforce sits

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
