Position: IT US Recruiter – US Staffing
- Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Bench Sales.
- Market and place IT consultants with US vendors/clients.
- Generate requirements through vendor networks, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruiters.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain solid vendor/client relationships and consultant records.
- Knowledge of US staffing, C2C, work authorization, and US time zones required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
