Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Brand Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of IT and technology brands, with a primary focus on sim racing brands such as Moza. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, solid knowledge of IT and tech products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with dealers, distributors, system integrators, and corporate clients. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, expanding the partner network, and delivering measurable sales and market share targets across the brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end brand operations for assigned brands, with sim racing (including Moza) as the top priority, covering sales, marketing, and channel development.
- Drive B2B sales by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing dealers, resellers, system integrators, and corporate clients.
- Manage additional IT and tech product categories such as PC peripherals, gaming accessories, and computing hardware alongside the sim racing portfolio.
- Travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, dealer visits, and trade events.
- Develop and execute brand strategies, sales plans, and go-to-market initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong product knowledge across the portfolio, including sim racing hardware (wheel bases, steering wheels, pedals, shifters, cockpits), and confidently present technical features to clients.
- Coordinate with brand principals and vendor teams on pricing, stock planning, promotions, and product launches.
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns, social media content, and events to improve brand visibility.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for management review.




- Ensure smooth after-sales support, warranty coordination, and customer satisfaction across the partner network.

Requirements

- MBA/BBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or brand management.
- Proven experience selling IT products or consumer electronics (PC peripherals, gaming hardware, or similar).
- Strong product knowledge of IT and tech products, with the ability to explain technical specifications to clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of sim racing, motorsport, or PC gaming hardware.
- Existing network of dealers, distributors, or system integrators in the IT or gaming industry.
- Experience managing multiple brands or product categories at the same time.
- Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and market analysis.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
