Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ML Specialist with solid expertise in Deep Learning, Speech/Audio ML, and Generative AI to work on an advanced AI/ML project.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Work on Speech and Audio ML applications including ASR, speaker embeddings, language identification, speech synthesis, and audio generation.
- Work with Whisper, Llama-family models, TTS, LoRA/PEFT, and quantization.
- Build and integrate AI/ML solutions using Hugging Face Transformers, Datasets, Hub, Unsloth, and CUDA.
- Work on RAG, vector representations, and ML experimentation.
- Develop production-ready APIs and model-serving solutions using FastAPI, Docker, REST/WebSockets, vLLM, TGI, or Triton.
- Work with SQL, Bash/Shell,



TypeScript/JavaScript, and cloud technologies.
- Support CI/CD, monitoring, observability, metrics, alerts, and load testing.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in Deep Learning and PyTorch.
- Practical experience with Speech/Audio ML.
- Strong Python and Hugging Face ecosystem experience.
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and model optimization.
- Knowledge of model deployment, APIs, Docker, and cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SoundStream, EnCodec, DAC, Mimi, RVQ, semantic/acoustic tokenization, Speech Language Models, and related audio-generation technologies will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
