Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, friendly, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain accurate information regarding table availability and reservations.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Captain, and service team regarding table status.
- Monitor guest waiting times and keep guests informed when required.
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with the relevant team for quick resolution.
- Maintain proper guest records and reservation details.
- Ensure the entrance, reception, and waiting area are clean and presentable.




- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and service procedures.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Freshers with good communication and presentation skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Good guest-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a busy workplace.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and table management.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
