About the Role

RCED is looking for a proactive and well-connected Field Executive / Mobilizer who can help us reach potential candidates across the Tricity and generate enrolments for our skill development and career-oriented training programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong local knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to build connections with students, job seekers, working professionals, and other relevant communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field outreach across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula to identify potential candidates.
- Generate enquiries and candidates for RCED's ongoing and upcoming training programs.
- Build and maintain strong local contacts and community networks.
- Explain course details, eligibility, duration, fees, certification and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Follow up with interested candidates and support them through the admission/enrolment process.
- Participate in local promotional activities, awareness drives, career counselling activities and outreach campaigns.




- Coordinate with the RCED team regarding candidate enquiries, follow-ups and enrolments.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Explore new areas and outreach channels for candidate mobilisation.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in field work, student mobilisation, counselling, sales, business development, outreach or community engagement will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge and contacts across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting people and explaining opportunities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ability to generate leads through personal networking and local outreach.
- Freshers with robust local networking skills may also be considered.
