Core responsibilities

- Daily Instagram Stories (behind-the-scenes, polls, reshares, food/restaurant moments for Food brands and set life for Krakle/Houndfly)
- Planning and posting Reels, carousels and static posts on a content calendar
- Being on camera restaurant visits, BTS clips
- Managing DMs, comments and community replies
- Coordinating with the video/edit team and with restaurant or brand partners

Must-have skills

- Strong Instagram command: Reels trends, hooks, captions, hashtags, Collabs, Broadcast channels, Insights
- Comfortable and natural on camera (this matters more than looks)
- Canva for quick graphics, story templates and covers
- iPhone shooting: lighting, framing, stabilised video, good audio
- Basic editing
- Good Hindi, English and Hinglish writing, since captions need a warm, conversational tone
- Consistent daily discipline: stories and posts go out on time, every day

Very helpful extras

- Content calendar planning (Notion, Google Sheets or Meta Business Suite scheduling)




- Reading analytics: reach, saves, shares, watch time, and adjusting content from them
- Trend awareness, especially food and lifestyle content in India
- Brand voice consistency, since Houndfly (B2B, professional) and Krakle (fun, foodie) sound different
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, or willingness to learn
- YouTube Shorts

Positive to ask for at hiring

- A portfolio or a link to pages she has grown or managed
- A camera test: 30 seconds of talking to camera on iPhone
- Transparent KPIs: posting frequency, follower growth, engagement rate and leads

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
