Junior Accountant

Sneshi Financiers is a private financing company engaged in lending and financial services. We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, documentation, and office operations.

This is a hands-on junior role suited for someone with a basic understanding of accounting who is comfortable working with Tally, Excel, and routine data entry.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day accounting entries and data entry in Tally
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for loan, payment, and account-related data
- Reconcile bank statements, loan accounts, and other financial records
- Assist with preparation of documents and information required by auditors, accountants, and other external parties
- Coordinate with external auditors/accountants for reconciliation and documentation requirements
- Visit banks, auditor offices, or other offices when required for document submission, reconciliation, or follow-ups
- Maintain organized physical and digital records




- Provide general administrative and operational assistance to the office as required
- Support the senior accounts/finance team with other routine accounting tasks

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable working with numbers and maintaining financial records
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
