Engagement

- Part time contract, ~15 to 20 hrs/week, fully remote.
- $500/month base retainer, plus a performance bonus based on qualified subscriber growth. Bonus criteria and payment structure will be agreed upon in writing before the trial begins.
- 3-month paid trial. Based on performance during the trial, we may increase hours, retainer, or expand the engagement.

The trial target

In 90 days, grow the newsletter to an agreed number of qualified subscribers (job seekers / tech workers), tracked by source. The target and bonus structure will be agreed upon in writing during the first week, before performance measurement begins.

What you'll do

- Grow organically on LinkedIn, X, and communities like Reddit and Blind with value-first posts, not ads. You'll write as a helpful peer.



These communities can tell the difference.
- Build lead magnets from our product, such as ATS cheat sheets, resume checkers, and interview banks, that people trade their email for.
- Turn our live ATS resume scoring and Chrome autofill extension into free micro-tools that capture emails.
- Set up newsletter swaps and cross-promos with career coaches, PM instructors, and non-competing creators.
- Own one number: qualified subscribers. Track what drove them and cut what doesn't work.

Pay: ₹380,869.00 - ₹600,036.00 per year
