Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer to manage key accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate issue resolution.
- Maintain customer and sales pipeline data in CRM.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Accounts for order execution.
- Conduct Monthly Review Meetings and track business performance.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing.
- B2B sales or Key Account Management experience preferred.
- Automobile / Manufacturing / Technology industry experience preferred.




- Solid CRM and Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Industrial) + MBA (Marketing) preferred.
