Job Summary

As a B2B Solution Analyst, you will be part of Intel's B2B team that enables Intel to conduct business with external Trading Partners through traditional B2B technologies (EDI, RNET, Flat File) or API/Web Services integration. The team enables real-time, secure data collaboration that strengthens Intel's supply chain competitiveness. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, translating partner and business needs into working integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical or process specifications, and serve as liaison between stakeholders and the project team.Understand and communicate B2B standards — underlying business flows and message structures — and how Intel applies those standards with its Trading Partners.Manage internal and external schedules and scope.Leverage agile methodology to design and configure solutions.Collaborate closely with Intel teams, SaaS/Cloud Solution Providers, and Trading Partners to test new business capabilities.Develop B2B use cases, customer scenarios, prototypes,



and demos; coordinate testing of newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support.Identify opportunities to automate business processes through technology.Provide production support through stabilization, and support production escalations as needed.

Skill Requirements

Hands-on experience with B2B/EDI integration (EDI standards, RosettaNet/RNET, flat file) and API/Web Services based integration (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).Solid business analysis skills: requirement elicitation, documentation, functional specification writing, and gap analysis.Working knowledge of supply chain business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, forecasting, inventory, logistics).Experience coordinating end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT) with internal teams and external partners.Proven ability to work in agile teams and manage scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and external Trading Partners.

Other Requirements

Experience with B2B/integration platforms (e.g., middleware, iPaaS, managed file transfer, cloud integration services).Exposure to SaaS/Cloud Solution Provider onboarding and partner enablement.Experience in production support, incident triage, and escalation management.Process automation mindset with exposure to workflow or RPA/automation tooling.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
