We are looking for a Project & Offshore Coordinator to support project monitoring, documentation, personnel coordination, logistics, equipment certification, and basic commercial activities related to offshore projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Offshore Construction Manager (OCM), Diving Superintendent, Project and Operations teams and will receive training on the relevant processes and responsibilities before being absorbed/permanently employed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Monitoring

- Assist in project monitoring and coordination.
- Prepare and maintain project-related reports.
- Study and review Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
- Extract required data from DPRs and prepare relevant reports.
- Perform basic data analysis and maintain project records.
- Follow up on pending project documents and approvals.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Conduct site visits and prepare site visit reports.
- Maintain and update project expense reports.
- Work on AutoCAD drawings and project-related documentation as required.

2. Personnel & Documentation

- Compile and maintain CVs and personnel data.
- Verify employee/crew certifications and supporting documents.




- Maintain personnel and certification databases.
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Service Contract Agreements.
- Ensure personnel records are updated and properly filed.

3. Accounts, PSCM & Logistics

- Generate, modify and cancel E-Way Bills as required.
- Assist in equipment testing, witness testing activities and prepare reports.
- Maintain and track equipment certifications.
- Follow up on equipment movement and logistics.
- Raise Material / Service Requisitions as required.
- Generate Shipping Bills and Delivery Challans.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts, PSCM, Logistics and Project teams for timely closure of activities.

4. Offshore & Site Responsibilities

- Visit offshore locations as required for project-related activities.
- Coordinate with offshore personnel and support project execution.

Experience: 0–5 Years (Higher experience may also be considered)
CTC: ₹3.00 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and suitability)

Offshore Requirement: Candidate should be willing to travel and work offshore as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
