About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive with 4+ years of experience in social media management, Instagram, LinkedIn, content creation and Reels to join our digital marketing agency in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should be creative, hands-on and comfortable managing social media accounts from strategy and content planning to execution and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage social media strategies for clients across Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage content calendars, posts, Reels, Stories and short-form videos.
- Shoot and edit mobile-first content using tools such as CapCut, InShot, VN or similar.
- Create social media creatives using Canva and coordinate with designers.
- Develop content ideas, campaigns and creative concepts.
- Track trends, Instagram updates and social media algorithms.
- Drive reach, engagement, follower growth and overall page performance.
- Work closely with the creative and digital marketing team to deliver quality content.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing.
- Robust hands-on experience with Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of Reels, content creation and social media trends.
- Proficiency in Canva and mobile video editing tools.
- Strong communication, creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and grow.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
