About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to manage daily operations, coordinate with teams, support marketing activities, and help with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily business operations.
- Coordinate with different teams.
- Track tasks and targets.
- Coordinate with the Technical Team for business requirements.
- Support marketing activities and campaigns.
- Coordinate with external partners when needed.
- Prepare basic reports and updates.
- Handle and resolve operational issues.
- Support business expansion and new locations.
- Assist management with daily planning and execution.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in business operations or a similar role.
- IT company experience or an IT background is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Comfortable coordinating with both technical and non-technical teams.
