At Delhivery Limited, an Assistant Team Leader (ATL) for Last Mile operations oversees field workers, supports daily delivery center operations, and guaranties productive package dispatch and delivery.
Important Duties

- Operations Management: Manage the distribution center's sorting, scanning, route planning, load optimization, and incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Team Handling: Manage shift rosters and keep track of attendance while supervising delivery executives, field workers, and vendor labor.
- Performance tracking: Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) such return-to-origin (RTO) metrics, turnaround time (TAT), and delivery success rates.
- Problem Solving: Manage non-delivery reports (NDR), address operational escalations, and address field-level delivery delays.
- Compliance & Reporting: Enforce workplace safety regulations and keep daily management information system (MIS) reports using Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
