Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, consultants, contractors and project opportunities.
- Generate leads and conduct regular customer visits.
- Promote HVAC equipment, AMC, retrofit and service solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate and follow up for orders.
- Coordinate with design, projects, service and management teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and develop repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline and customer database.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Any Graduate. HVAC or technical qualification preferred.

Experience:
1–3 years in HVAC, air-conditioning, MEP, electrical or technical sales preferred.

Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills, customer handling ability, sales-oriented approach, basic HVAC knowledge and willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
