We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented College Connect Manager to build and manage relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The role will focus on creating institutional partnerships, conducting college activities, generating student leads, and promoting career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Multimedia, and Design.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Build strong relationships with Principals, Directors, Placement Officers, TPOs, HODs, Faculty, and Student Coordinators.
- Arrange college visits, seminars, workshops, career talks, competitions, and student engagement activities.
- Develop institutional tie-ups and MoUs with colleges.
- Generate qualified student leads through college activities and events.
- Coordinate with college authorities for permissions, schedules, and event execution.
- Promote Reliance Animation Academy courses, career opportunities, and industry-focused programs.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain a database of colleges, contacts, activities, leads, and outcomes.
- Track college-wise performance, lead generation, and conversion.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports for management.
- Identify recent opportunities for collaborations, internships, placements, workshops, and industry interactions.
- Represent the academy at college events, education fairs, seminars, and career-related activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for college connections, activities, leads, and admissions.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in college relations, business development, institutional sales, education sales, or placements.
- Existing contacts with colleges and educational institutions will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
