Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular sales reviews.

Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching and motivation.

Channel Partner & Client Management

Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.

Expand channel partner networks to increase project reach and conversions.

Handle high-value negotiations and closures with clients.

Business Development





Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns and branding initiatives.

Participate in property exhibitions, events, and customer engagement activities.

Build strategic alliances to support business growth.

Sales Operations & Reporting

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.

Ensure effective CRM usage and lead management.

Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding and closure processes.

Customer Experience

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Resolve escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
