We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and brand team and create compelling visual communication across digital and offline platforms.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, internal communications, events and print/outdoor marketing while maintaining consistency with Ashika Group’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites and marketing communications.
- Develop banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, emailers and other marketing collaterals.
- Create visual content for campaigns, events, product launches and corporate communications.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, Product and Business teams to understand creative requirements.
- Translate campaign briefs and concepts into engaging visual designs.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines, visual identity and communication standards.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
- Support video/motion graphics requirements,



where applicable.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within defined timelines.
- Stay updated with current design, social media and visual communication trends.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate, BFSI, fintech, advertising or digital environment.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, layouts and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of social media creative formats and digital design requirements.
- Ability to convert ideas and briefs into visually engaging creatives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
