Education:B.E./B.Tech /Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering

Manager 8–12 years; Senior Manager 12–15 years; precision manufacturing preferred

JD:

- Lead overall manufacturing and operations activities to meet quality, cost and delivery objectives.
- Translate customer delivery requirements into production priorities and capacity plans.
- Manage PPC, machining, supply chain including stores and production manpower.
- Monitor production schedules, machine loading, WIP, productivity, rejection and rework.
- Coordinate with Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance and Assembly & Test.
- Ensure availability of material, tooling, programmes, drawings and resources.
- Drive machine utilization, OEE, cycle-time and productivity improvements.
- Establish shop-floor discipline, standard work, 5S and safe operating practices.
- Review daily/weekly production performance and implement recovery actions.




- Lead resolution of manufacturing constraints, quality issues and delivery risks.
- Develop shop-floor capability and operator skill development.
- Support capital equipment planning and process improvement initiatives.

Technical / Management:

- Robust production and manufacturing management.
- CNC/precision machining and process understanding.
- Capacity planning, machine loading, WIP and productivity management.
- OEE, cycle-time and cost improvement.
- Quality and delivery performance management.

Leadership:

- Shop-floor leadership and manpower management.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
