Duties and responsibilities

1. Site Planning & Coordination

- Assist in finalizing project execution strategies with senior management.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and vendors for seamless execution.
- Prepare and review project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor execution as per approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and technical specifications.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour workforce.

3. Quality Control & Safety

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for material and work quality checks.
- Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.

4. Vendor & Contractor Site Management

- Monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of work/materials.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain periodic progress reports and MIS updates.
- Ensure timely documentation for statutory approvals and audits.




- Escalate risks and deviations to senior management proactively.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Design, MEP, Procurement, etc.
- Interact with clients or CRM teams for project updates and handover coordination post completion.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Working experience

- Minimum 10+ years in real estate project execution
- Must have handled at least one full lifecycle of mid- to large-scale residential/commercial project independently or in a lead role.
- Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and building construction.
- Proficient in project management tools (Primavera/MSP).
- Valuable leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
