- Tracking of various circulars and regulations of RBI / SEBI / IRDA, etc.
- Policy management and co-ordination at Group level.
- Co-ordination in regard to various agreement or SLA etc. at group level.
- Assisting in drafting agreements as per the need.
- Auditing of various Regulations and Implementation.

Seconday role

- MIS prepration.
