Job Summary:
We are looking for a Machine Operator to operate decoiler, coil-feeding, guiding and roll-forming machines for producing accurate PPGI/PPGL steel facings for continuous sandwich panels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and set decoiler, feeding, guiding and roll-forming machines.
- Load and align PPGI/PPGL coils as per production requirements.
- Set guides, tension, feeding and forming parameters.
- Monitor profile accuracy, alignment and surface quality.
- Perform profile/tooling changeovers and basic machine adjustments.
- Prevent scratches, dents, waviness and coating damage.
- Conduct basic machine checks and support preventive maintenance.
- Maintain coil usage, scrap and production records.
- Follow all safety and coil-handling procedures.

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in roll forming / sandwich panel / PPGI-PPGL processing.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Employment: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
