Provide operational support and continuous improvement for financial systems and applications, ensuring reliable and productive service delivery. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to manage day-to-day operations, user support, access management, and process execution. Drive process standardization, automation, and enhancement initiatives while ensuring compliance with SLAs, internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Support system stability, operational excellence, and a well-controlled financial technology environment.

- B.COM/B . Tech/ with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials - GL, AHCS, Projects etc.) implementation and/or support.

- Good functional knowledge of Finance specifically in the areas of financial accounting and reporting.

- Project & Change management exposure, including establishing new processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong customer management experience.

- Flexible to work in shifts as team require to have 24x7 support especially during the month close.
