Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & other channels
- Screen candidates through calls and assess basic suitability
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Support the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining
- Assist in bulk hiring drives and walk-in recruitment activities

Skills Required

- Positive communication & convincing skills
- Confident on phone and comfortable with candidate calling
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong follow-up & coordination skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
