Master degree in any discipline plus LLB. MBA desirable
Required profile:
- An accomplished legal expert with Excellences in managing legal issues in a corporate set up. High Level of commitment & integrity. Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings. Drafting & vetting of agreements.
- Handle litigations, Represent the company in legal proceedings. Protect the company against legal risks and violations. Keeping liaison with appropriate authorities to ensure smooth proceedings in legal matters, if any.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate laws and procedures.
