We are seeking a motivated Telecaller Executive to handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and support daily communication activities. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills in Tamil, English, and Malayalam and be able to interact professionally with customers over the phone.
Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil, English, and Malayalam
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with leads and customers
- Provide information about company services
- Maintain customer records and call reports
