About the Role

CEECO International is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to guiding students toward the right academic and career paths while driving enrolments through effective counselling and follow-ups.

This role involves student counselling, lead conversion, admissions support, and collaboration with internal teams to meet enrolment goals. The structure of this role is aligned with standard Academic Counsellor responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding academic programs, curriculum, fees, eligibility, and career outcomes.

2. Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable courses

3. Admissions Assistance: Support students throughout the admission process including applications, documentation, interviews, and onboarding.

4. Ensure a smooth and professional admissions experience.

5. Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Follow up on inquiries and leads via calls, emails,



and meetings.

6. Convert leads into enrolments through effective communication and relationship building.

7. Presentations & Counselling Sessions: Conduct online and in-person counseling sessions and presentations explaining course benefits and career prospects.

8. Data & Record Management:

9. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status in CRM systems

10. Career Guidance: Offer insights on certifications, industry trends, and career opportunities to help students make informed decisions

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech sales, academic/Student counseling, or admissions.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and confident in handling student queries.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with students and parents
