About the Role

We are hiring Fresher Civil Engineers for the role of Property Auditor – Home Inspection in Vijayawada.

This is a field-based technical role suitable for Civil Engineering graduates who are interested in residential construction quality, defect identification and professional property inspection.

Selected candidates will receive training in Jagoo’s inspection process, inspection tools, digital workflow and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional home inspections at apartments and residential properties
- Follow Jagoo’s standardized inspection checklist and digital workflow




- Inspect walls, ceilings, flooring, tiles, plumbing, electrical points, doors, windows, kitchen, bathrooms and balconies
- Identify visible defects, workmanship issues and finishing problems
- Use inspection tools such as moisture meters, laser levels, electrical testers and other approved equipment
- Capture clear photographs and supporting evidence
- Update inspection checkpoints accurately in the Jagoo application
- Maintain inspection quality and documentation standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and site representatives
- Coordinate with the backend quality team when required
- Take responsibility for company inspection tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures during site visits

Candidate Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of residential construction
- Willingness to learn professional home inspection techniques
- Comfortable with field visits and travelling within Vijayawada
- Good observation and attention to detail
- Basic smartphone/tablet and computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Telugu communication required; English is an advantage




- Skilled attitude and willingness to work with customers

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of building construction and finishing works
- Understanding of cracks, seepage, flooring, plumbing and workmanship defects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or basic construction drawings is an advantage
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
