Job description:

- We are seeking a qualified ANM Nurse and GNM Nurse to join our healthcare organization Cinco Medical Center at Our Kappad Branch. The ANM Nurse and GNM Nurse will be responsible for providing basic medical care to patients, performing routine clinical procedures, and administering medications as directed by the physician. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
- Assist in routine clinical procedures such as wound dressing, injections, and ECG
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Educate patients and their families on health and wellness topics
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care
- Patient Intake & Assessment: Reviewing medical history, recording symptoms, and checking vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) before the doctor’s exam.
- Clinical Procedures: Conducting routine tests, drawing blood, administering regular injections, and managing basic wound care or dressing changes.
- Clinic Flow Coordination: Managing patient queues, streamlining scheduling, and reducing wait times to keep the facility running efficiently.
- Patient Education: Instructing patients or caregivers on home care, dietary modifications, medication schedules, and how to recognize worsening symptoms.




- Emergency Cart & Supply Management: Checking the crash cart, emergency trolley, and oxygen cylinders at every shift change to verify that life-saving supplies are fully stocked and functional.
- Continuous Surveillance: Conducting regular clinical rounds throughout the facility (often every 2 hours) to monitor overnight patients, ensure safety, and confirm staff alertness.
- Rigorous Charting: Maintaining highly detailed electronic or paper health records, ensuring all diagnostic test results, treatment logs, and clinical changes are documented for continuity of care.
- Safe Shift Handovers: Delivering exact verbal and written reports during shift rotations to pass on critical data regarding high-risk patients, scheduled tests, or outstanding physician orders.
- Sterilization & Infection Control: Overseeing the daily disinfection of surgical instruments, dressing rooms, and the proper disposal of hazardous medical waste

Qualifications:

- Diploma in ANM nursing and GNM Nurse from an accredited institution
- Active nursing license in good standing with relevant regulatory agencies
- Fresher or Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
