- Create conceptual designs, schematic infrastructure layouts, and highly detailed technical deployment documents using enterprise network mapping software.
- Conduct routine site visits and system walkthroughs to inspect network infrastructure quality and verify deployment progress against retail blueprints.
- Resolve real-time site clashes, ERP inventory tracking bottlenecks, and technical network engineering issues during active boutique and office rollouts.
- Act as the primary point of contact between all retail operations, corporate steering committees, enterprise software vendors, and technical consultants.
- Ensure all blueprints and digital data workflows comply with international cybersecurity frameworks, PCI-DSS standards, and local data privacy laws.
- Review Requests for Information (RFIs),



software submittals, enterprise hardware specifications, and technical vendor change orders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Tier-1 ERP systems , Salesforce CRM, omnichannel e-commerce architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
- Maintain deep knowledge of RFID asset tracking for high-value vault inventory, secure retail payment ecosystems, legacy integrations, and project budgeting.
