Roles & Responsibilities: Telecaller

- Lead Follow-Up: Call incoming leads and inquiries promptly to pitch clinic services and treatments.

- Appointment Booking: Schedule consultation slots for doctors and Branch Managers to maximize walk-ins.

- Outbound Outreach: Execute cold and warm calls using provided databases to create awareness for clinic campaigns and offers.

- Patient Counseling: Provide clear, basic information regarding hair and aesthetic treatments, packages, and pricing.

- Database Management: Update patient records, call statuses, and follow-up dates in the CRM software daily.

- No-Show Tracking: Follow up with missed appointments to reschedule visits and recover lost footfalls.

- Communication Support: Send appointment reminders and location details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.





- Feedback & Query Resolution: Address primary patient concerns politely and escalate complex queries to the clinical team.

- Daily Reporting: Track and submit daily calling metrics, including total calls made, connected calls, and confirmed appointments.

- Target Achievement: Work closely with the Branch Manager to meet monthly consultation and conversion targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
