Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Architectural Draughtsman to join our Design & Drafting team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, modifying, and maintaining architectural drawings and technical layouts using AutoCAD and other relevant design software. The role involves coordinating with architects, civil engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings as per project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and layouts based on project requirements.

- Develop and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software.

- Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

- Prepare detailed drawings for precast concrete components and construction-related requirements, as applicable.

- Make revisions to drawings based on design changes and project instructions.

- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable guidelines.





- Maintain proper documentation and organized records of drawings.

- Support the design and engineering team in preparing technical drawings and project documentation.

- Coordinate with production and site teams whenever required for drawing-related clarifications.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned drafting and design tasks.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor of Architecture

- Candidates with a relevant drafting or architectural design qualification are preferred.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting tools.

- Basic knowledge of architectural drawings, construction drawings, and technical layouts.

- Understanding of building plans, elevations, sections, and dimensions.

- Positive attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and design specifications.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn new drafting standards and software.

Experience: Freshers to 3 year’s Experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
