We're looking for bilingual Gujarati-English psychiatrists to help train the next generation of AI systems. You'll apply your clinical expertise to shape how AI models learn, reason, and respond in mental health contexts, using real-world, culturally nuanced input. No prior AI experience is required. Your domain knowledge is what matters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies that reflect real-world, culturally nuanced scenarios
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert annotations that reflect Gujarati psychiatric practices and perspectives
- Produce clear, precise documentation and written analyses in both Gujarati and English, ensuring cultural and clinical accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary AI project teams to improve model understanding of psychiatric concepts
- Apply ethical decision-making when reviewing and critiquing sensitive case content, maintaining patient confidentiality and best practices
- Help create bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange
- Give expert feedback on how AI systems evaluate and analyze mental health scenarios
Qualifications
Required / Strongly Preferred
- Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license
- Native fluency in Gujarati and advanced English proficiency, with solid written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation within Gujarati clinical settings
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning in complex mental health scenarios
Nice to Have
- Experience developing teaching materials or case studies for education or research
- Experience on interdisciplinary projects, ideally involving technology, research, or digital health
- Familiarity with both Western and Gujarati psychiatric frameworks
