Job Title : Client Servicing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who understands the world of Performance Marketing and can effectively manage client relationships while driving successful digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing Google & Meta campaigns, lead generation, campaign performance, CPL, ROI, conversions, budgets and optimization strategies with both clients and internal performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and build strong relationships with real estate clients and act as the primary point of contact.

* Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective performance marketing strategies.

* Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content and Sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

* Have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation campaigns and digital marketing funnels.

* Monitor campaign performance and discuss key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality and ROI with clients.

* Prepare and present campaign reports, performance insights and optimization recommendations.

* Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, lead quality and overall client ROI.

* Conduct regular client meetings,



presentations and performance reviews.

* Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets and client expectations.

* Understand the real estate sales funnel, project positioning, target audiences and lead-generation requirements.

* Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes and emerging performance marketing practices.

* Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross-selling within existing clients.

Key Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Performance Marketing.

* Prior experience working with real estate brands or real estate marketing agencies is preferable.

* Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.

* Hands-on understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

* Good knowledge of performance metrics, campaign optimization and reporting.

* Solid client communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

* Ability to work closely with internal teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

* Ability to understand both the marketing and business side of client requirements .

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
